All products will be shipped out within 3-5 days of order placement. Packages will be shipped via USPS and tracking information will be provided.
Shipping will be a flat rate of $5 - this pricing is subject to change at any time.
You should expect your package within 2 weeks of order placement, holidays and weekends permitting.
If package becomes “lost” or does not arrive, please report it below or via email.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Candles may only be returned if they are unburned and in the original condition that they were received in. Returns are only applicable if approved via email (email@example.com).
In the case of a return, shipping will be at the expense of the customer and refunds will be issued only after documentation is provided and package is received and evaluated.
Exchanges will not be permitted, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
In the event of an issue with any merchandise, please report the issue via email or the info box at the bottom of the home screen. Be sure to include your phone number and email so the issue can be resolved.
For all custom or bulk orders, exchanges cannot be made once order is confirmed.
